Hello there!

My name is Kelsey, and I'm a go-getter. I have a background in the humanities and arts, which, along with my passion for service and accessibility, inspired my focus on user research in graduate school. As a recent Master's graduate from UT Austin's School of Information, I am eager to get out into the field and start advocating for users in a professional capacity.

One skill I am particularly proud of is my ability to write surveys that delight participants while yielding actionable and productive results. Moving forward, I am interested in branching out to the domain of UX design as well, as I believe my background in studio art (glassblowing, fiber art, metalwork, costume design, and 3D printing) will guide me as I explore and experiment with the tools and prototyping techniques that are common in this industry.

I would love to meet up and talk with you about my previous work and future opportunities, so feel free to send me a message via the Contact page, LinkedIn, or email me at kelseybelcher@utexas.edu!

See below for some of my hobbies and interests (glassblowing, chicken keeping, hiking/foraging, visiting museums, and cosplaying)!
